This particular gun amazes me a lot, not only because of its slick design with a relatively long barrel that distinguishes it from other conventional handguns, but also because of its unmatched force that makes it a powerful weapon; in fact it is widely considered as “the most powerful handgun in the world” as said by a famous actor in an equally famous movie in the 60’s.
The Smith and Wesson .44 magnum revolver
was manufactured by the US Company Smith and Wesson. It is a six-shot, double
action revolver chambered for the .44 magnum cartridge. As I have written in
the previous sentences, this handgun was made popular and famous by the
fictional movie character “Dirty” Harry Callahan in the Dirty Harry series of
films starred by Clint Eastwood. Up until now many people still associate this
kind of gun with such movie character. Likewise a certain line in the movies
which says that the .44 magnum is “the most powerful handgun in the world” made
most of the gun stores in America run out of stock of this revolver. It is an
effective implement in hunting and self defense. However it would take you a
hard time in concealing the weapon under your garments if you intend to go
undercover for a particular purpose. Ultimately, this is the type of weapon that
fits to every gun enthusiast’s wants.
